Tank Duel: Aprende Inglés is a subscription-based game for learning English, published by Chidori Labs. It has no ads and no tracking. The only thing that leaves your phone besides Apple's subscription handling is anonymous usage statistics, described below.

Anonymous usage statistics. To learn where players get stuck, Tank Duel sends usage events to ActivationPal, an analytics service for apps. An event says things like "someone reached the first question of duel 1", "someone answered a gap question correctly" or "someone opened the subscription screen after winning". Each event travels with the app version, the iOS version, the iPhone model, the language, the time zone, your App Store country and a random identifier the app creates when installed. That identifier is not Apple's advertising identifier or your device's identifier, it is not tied to your Apple ID, Game Center account, name or email, and it disappears if you delete the app. ActivationPal's server derives an approximate country and city from the connection, as any website does; we do not keep your IP address.
What is never sent: the text of any question or answer, your aim, your coin balance, or anything you type. Counts, screen names and the outcome of a shot only. The code that sends these events is a single file inside the app that can be read and audited.
Apple's App Privacy label for Tank Duel lists Usage Data (Product Interaction) and Identifiers (Device ID), both marked as not linked to your identity and not used to track you.
Tank Duel offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual) that unlocks the full course. All purchasing, billing, and renewals are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy and the App Store Terms.
The app checks your subscription status through Apple's on-device StoreKit framework. We do not receive, see, or store your name, email, card number, or any payment information. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
Your campaign progress, stars, coins, and the words the app schedules for review are saved locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
If you sign in to Game Center, Tank Duel submits your scores and progress to Apple's Game Center leaderboards. This data is handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. We do not receive your real name or Apple ID. You can sign out of Game Center any time in iOS Settings to stop leaderboard submissions.
Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.Tank Duel is not directed at children under 13 and carries a 13+ age rating. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children — in fact, we do not collect personal data from anyone.
We do not store personal data on our own servers, because we do not collect any. Your local game data stays on your device. Any communication the app makes with Apple (for subscriptions or Game Center) uses Apple's own encrypted services.
If we change how Tank Duel handles data, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
